With over a decade of experience as a licensed general contractor, I’ve led residential and commercial projects from concept to completion, consistently earning high ratings across the state of Indiana.

My work spans all areas of construction, and my in-depth knowledge of building codes and standards allows me to protect properties from future issues—especially when it comes to roofing systems. Whether it's preventing damage or assessing long-term solutions, I approach every project with precision and care. It’s been a true blessing to serve this community, and I look forward to continuing that mission every day.
Paige Sanning:
As a wife and mother of three, I understand the importance of a safe and secure home. My seven years of experience in the insurance industry provide a unique advantage for our clients. I understand the complexities of insurance claims and am here to offer advice and support through the roof repair or replacement process. As an added service, I am available to help answer questions about existing policies and offer guidance when working with a claims adjuster.

Alongside my husband's roofing expertise, my degree in Communications and Technology allows us to continually improve our ability to connect with clients, enhance technological efficiency, and develop an online presence to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every client.
